Booking & payment terms
Online checkout is being prepared. Students with confirmed lesson credits can manage their lessons in their personal calendar.
Your teacher and the service

All lessons are online. Packages contain the selected number of individual 30- or 50-minute lessons. Credits for different lesson durations are separate. A package belongs to the student account used when purchasing.
Payment
Package prices are displayed in USD. Before payment, the site shows the exact amount charged in UAH and the exchange rate used for that order. The quote is valid for 15 minutes. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Payment is processed by WayForPay. Packages are added only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
Booking and availability
Your account is created during checkout. Your personal lesson calendar and booking access open after payment is confirmed. Each confirmed booking reserves one lesson credit. You can book your lessons individually; you do not have to reserve the entire package at once. Availability can change until a booking is confirmed. New bookings require at least 12 hours’ notice and are available up to 60 days ahead. Times are shown in your selected time zone.
Changes and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson from your account at least 24 hours before it starts. Free cancellation returns exactly one lesson credit to your balance, in its original package and duration, and frees the booked time. You can use that credit to book another lesson under the package’s existing validity and payment-review rules. A cancellation does not extend the package expiry or refund money. Repeating a cancellation does not add extra credits. Inside this cancellation window, contact Katrya for a change; account cancellation is closed. A later cancellation agreed with the teacher or a missed lesson may use that credit under the booking policy. If the teacher cancels, the original credit is returned. Rescheduling keeps the same credit and does not use an extra lesson.
Package validity
Lesson packages have no expiry. An expiry extension can be agreed with the teacher where relevant.
Refund requests and questions
Contact with your account email and payment reference to request a refund or report a payment problem. Any agreed refund is processed through the payment provider. A full refund cancels bookings funded by that package and removes its unused lesson credits. Partial refunds require a review of the remaining lessons and the agreed refund amount. Applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
